RETURNS / REFUNDS

Returns sent without our return authorization will be discarded and no credit will be given. All randomly selected fragrances may be exchanged if you are not 100% satisfied. 


All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your package.  Returns must be accompanied with a RA# from SCENTLUSH  to speed up the return process. All unauthorized returns will be refused. No Credit will be given.


SCENTLUSH does not give refunds on used product. We'll issue a fragrance credit after we have granted return authorization (RA). Fragrance credits will be issued via phone  (text) a representative will contact you to help you select a new fragrance to your satisfaction.

SHORTAGE, DAMAGED PACKAGES, SPILLAGE AND BREAKAGE


If you find that your order is short, damaged or missing please notify us immediately (UPON RECEIPT), and we will send an inspector to verify all claims made from perfume near me. Any adjustment(s) that you make with the carrier must have a claim number assigned to it for reference. Do not accept a badly damaged package!!!!! All orders leave our Premises in good condition. Contact US IMMEDIATELY scentlush.com@gmail.com if Damage, Spillage or Breakage has occurred, because our responsibility ceases upon delivery of our goods to the carrier. You must have a claim # from the carrier.
